These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and earnph49 ("earnph49," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the earnph49 online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at earnph49.org and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on earnph49, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on earnph49, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of earnph49, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the earnph49 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

earnph49 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by earnph49 may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the earnph49 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering your earnph49 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Not share, transfer, or sell your earnph49 account to any third party.
• Notify earnph49 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

earnph49 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your earnph49 account, whether or not authorized by you.

All financial transactions on the earnph49 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). earnph49 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier and payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your earnph49 account wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• earnph49 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• earnph49 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts. VIP members may be eligible for priority processing.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. earnph49 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms.
• earnph49 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

earnph49 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified earnph49 accounts in good standing only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• earnph49 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

All games available on the earnph49 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes on earnph49 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. All RNG systems are independently audited for fairness.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, account tier, and promotional period.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, earnph49 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided.
• earnph49 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game provider. Games may be removed, modified, or temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable and sufficient for uninterrupted gameplay. earnph49 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earnph49 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the earnph49 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to earnph49 immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the earnph49 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing earnph49 staff, support agents, or other players.

earnph49 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

earnph49 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the earnph49 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the earnph49 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from earnph49.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any earnph49 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of earnph49 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, earnph49 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the earnph49 Platform.

The earnph49 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

earnph49 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform and any consequences thereof.

In no event shall earnph49's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your earnph49 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

earnph49 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the earnph49 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

earnph49 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and earnph49 cannot guarantee absolute security.

earnph49 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

earnph49 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a recognized responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Discontinuation of the earnph49 Platform or any part thereof.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account wallet (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to earnph49.

You may close your earnph49 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and earnph49 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, you may also submit a formal complaint to earnph49's customer support team. earnph49 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 14 business days.

earnph49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, earnph49 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the earnph49 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the earnph49 website at earnph49.org/terms-conditions. earnph49 recommends that you review these Terms regularly.
